I'm buying the soundtrack just because of that track. Like I said I didn't notice much more of the score during the film(just the rehash original trilogy score moments) so I'm going to enjoy listening to it entirely.

Because Kylo Ren says it himself in his meditation with the Vader skull. He begs to be shown the dark side is more powerful because he feels more "light side" of the force, and is struggling to stay evil it seems. If that scene were not included in the film I would have thought nothing of it...

There was a scene early on with Rey sliding down a dune to some new music of John Williams. That music was pure brilliance, and I thought at the time they could make an entire movie of Rey's struggles on Jakku with that great music, made that the star wars film and I would have been in heaven...

That is another thing I hated. I thought JJ Abrams was going back to physical FX. All the main aliens were CGI, and they all looked bad(especially Snoke) Fake, and cartoonish. I had flashbacks of Gungans for sure.
