No rhyme or reason to my tradition either, but I started watching "In Search of" (Leonard Nimoy) marathons on DVD at the start of the new year. Started I think when the box set was released all the way back in 2012.

I watched "A Bionic Christmas Carol" from season 4 of The Six Million Dollar Man". December 15, 1976. Blu-Ray Very good episode with a really good performance from Ray Walston. A bit weird in spots but entertaining. Well I'm leaving the forum for a spell. Merry Christmas everyone.

I just watched a very good Matlock episode from season 4, "Scrooge". Nice cast, and surprising ending even if there were a bit too many suspects in this episode. I love Christmas episodes that have toy stores, or toys as a main component. Hart to Hart had a similar theme in their holiday...

Like others have mentioned in this thread that classic TV "Christmas Specials" are wonderful. Absolutely delightful like this one:

It may be a bit depressing, but "Death Takes a Holiday" season 9 M*A*S*H episode is pretty good.
