Right, I'm just pointing out that you unfairly include the price of tax and shipping when you talk about the price on the CH discs, but not when you talk about the Paramount discs:
Regarding the original openings, if Paramount is using the same masters they're using for the VHS versions of I Love Lucy Vols. 1 through 4 (and I assume they are), then they have not replaced the satin heart openings with the original openings. I can verify that.
And Columbia House doesn't...
Well, we don't know yet, 'cause we don't know for sure whether or not these are the actual Columbia House discs. We'll have to wait till they're released to find out, I guess.

After looking at the features on DVD Empire's web site, I now believe the Greg Oppenheimer rumor is true -- these are the EXACT same extra features as on Columbia House. I'll bet you anything they're the same discs, which is going to be a big disappointment for those who were upset with the...
Well... I can't say whether the alleged Oppenheimer comment has any validity or not, but I have to say I had wondered whether Paramount was simply using the Columbia House transfers.

I can tell you that I know for a fact from my video post-production job that Paramount is releasing I Love Lucy chronologically on VHS, starting with the unaired pilot. At least Vols. 1-4 are in the bag, with 4 episodes a piece, all chronological. So, I would assume these will also be released...
