I *highly* recommend the Streamliners - either in that all-in-one set or individually (assuming you can still find them - just 1 of those left at the CF site). There are lots of really fun films in that collection.

In spite of my complaint about the 6 disc case, this release is, IMHO, the "Release of the year" for 2022. I purchased each volume as they were released and don't regret it for a second! I like that they're now in a more affordable collection for those who missed out and am considering...

Just be aware that the case that comes with the bonus disc is likely the same as you'll get with the complete set. At least the disc descriptions would match the discs inside on that set. The more I look at it and give it thought the more I'm inclined to just toss it and keep mine in the 6...

Well... my "Centennial Edition" case w/bonus disc arrived today and I'm quite disappointed with that 6 disc case. It utilizes *stacking* discs for 4 of the discs (4 spindles with 2 intended to hold 2 discs stacked). The bottom disc has a slot structure where it slides partially under the top...

Just curious - I own the individual releases and pre-ordered the bonus disc... It's indicated the "Centennial" edition discs were re-authored for the bonus material. Were the episodes re-organized onto 5 discs with the 6th being the new "bonus disc" or were the items on the bonus disc added...

I, too, pre-ordered a copy of the bonus disc/case. I *almost* ordered a 2nd copy just for the case... Now I have to figure out how I'm going to store the inserts for V1-V6 as I'm *not* tossing them out! They're too good! Maybe they can be turned into a kind of booklet...

I really appreciate that the separate "bonus" disc release (aka Disc 7) comes in a 7 disc case with artwork that mimics the full set release. Putting those individual releases in a single case will be nice.

Is the Little Rascals V6 release OOP already? It suddenly jumped in price at Amazon, isn't on the Classicflix site (or wasn't this morning), and shows "Backorder" at most other sites...

I also highly recommend the Thelma Todd/Patsy Kelly collection. I'd recommend the Zasu PItts/Thelma Todd collection but it appears to be OOP.

I'll 2nd that recommendation for Volume 1 as a toe dipping selection. I also really like Volume 5 - but I'm a huge Zasu Pitts fan. All of them are really quite different and mainly share the sensibilities of Roach's production.

I'm pleased they now have a "Complete series" release coming for Public Defender. I'd managed to pick up one of only 2 copies of S1 that were returned from distributors a few months back (it'd been OOP for several months at the time - same situation with a couple of those Little Rascal...

That sale is wasted on me as I already own copies of *all* of the titles included in the sale. I *highly* recommend the Streamliners sets - those have some quite fun films. OK... I *highly* recommend every single title in the sale. All of them are just good old fashioned fun!
