Media Player says file is too big to burn
You might give Handbrake a try (open source and free). It's not a burner (can't create a CD/DVD) but it can manipulate AV files, make a video file smaller, convert it to other formats, etc.: https://handbrake.fr/docs/en/1.0.0/introduction/about.html
