Usually you go to the customer (dis)service desk and tell them you have order pickup. They have started to "require" you to have the bar code they emailed you (along with a photo ID) but some times they will let you slide with just the photo ID.
A quick check if Tarsczhay (which carries a lot of CBS/Paramount -Whatever) \didn't have the set or an empty space) either :( ... It doesn't look like it's online either ...
I also agree - Despite what Shatner says about Paramount continually reducing the budget (in Star Trek Movie Memories). I don't think the script was as cohesive before the cuts as Shatner suggests. VI was just a mess after the first act sort of becoming a movie length poor third season episode.
From what gather it's not as simple as that for DS9 and Voyager. TNG was a scavenger hunt and I beleive if memory is correct there are about four seconds of SD material they couldn't locate. (*I'm sure a Trekkie will have the actual number.;))
I don't beleive there were physical models to shoot...
