I've just watched the commentary to ALIENS. Did anyone else notice audio glitches around chapter 27-30??? AFAIR, it was several times when Jim Cameron and Gale Anne Hurd spoke that the audio was repeated so they told the exact same story twice in a row. Not too good audio editing right there... :)

Book of the Dead, Baboons Ass and Alien Skull... We sure do see some interesting DVD packagings these days...

I'm quite disappointed that the complete Ridleygrams are not there, and also that the Alien Evolution is cut. I really hope Charlie can shred some light on this... Otherwise, an excellent DVD set, EXCEPT for the packaging, which is downright stupid...

Dave, the idea is to use a double keepcase for each movie, exactly as you would if you bought them seperately... Andrew, I think you should go to dvdcoverart.com and consider again... I'm pretty sure you wont find any other place on the net where the covers are so consistently high quality...

He Rob, if you think you've seen bad CGI, wait until you see some of the new CG in Alien 3 - yuck it stinks bad! :) But nonetheless, the new Alien 3 cut is a great addition, if you can see through the minor mistakes...

I'm still amazed that only Alien and Alien: rez will have DTS... Why not drop DTS entirely and bring on the isolated score for Alien instead???

So has the Alien discussion suddenly died? No more news about the set? Personally, I find i very hard to believe that there will only be DTS on two out of four movies in a box set - I mean either you do the whole box in DTS or not at all - DTS for only half the movies doesn't make any sense at...

I feel the same way about the newborn - it really sucked and wasn't scary at all. I'm all for the idea of a "super alien", but then it wouldn't have to look like some kind of abomination (not in *that* way at least). I'm really looking forward to see how A vs P turns out, maybe we'll get to see...

Nice to see that both theatrical and DC versions of all films will be present...
