Fantastic end to one of the best seasons ever. Probst's "funny" travel scenes are always corny and a waste of time. I was glad there wasn't one. Katie delivered one of the worst final Tribal performances ever. Not being athletic doesn't justify being lazy and unkind to everyone outside your...
Holy crap! That was fantastic. I honestly thought Ian was gone. This is getting good. My prediction (not a spoiler but just in case): 4. Jenn (classic final 4 invisible boot) 3. Ian (the quote last week about never writing Katie's name down proves he's on the jury I think) 2. Katie...
All right, I was just a little confused. My biggest question would be if the final three are Tom, Ian, and someone else, and Tom or Ian won immunity, what would they do? Would they do the smart thing and vote off the other one or would they pull a Colby and take a risk in the final vote?
I think that Tom would vote for Caryn before Ian. She's a pawn and I can't believe she doesn't see it.
No offense, but you know how the final three vote goes, right? Only the immunity winner gets to vote--no ties.
Anyone else notice that Ian said he'd never write Katie's name down? ;) That's gotta be foreshadowing.
Because after a tie, they revote and then if there's still a tie, they pull rocks. So far this season hasn't had a deadlocked tie.
Great episode, especially for one that was 75% strategy-driven. Loved the look on Coby's face when Gregg got voted off. Ian and Tom seem to be the only ones who have a chance of winning, which is just fine with me. Caryn has an ok chance, Jenn has very little, and Katie has zilch...I can't...
I think either Gregg or Jenn goes next, based on the preview. If I had to pick one, it'd be Gregg since Jenn is the classic final five/four invisible player.
According to this article, Janu wouldn't have quit if she didn't get a spot on the jury. :rolleyes
You don't think Boston Rob dominated All Stars? Sure, in Marquesas he was on an awful tribe (and then lost the only individual IC he participated in because he was being a jackass). But All...
Hell, if I were Probst, I'd convince every one of them to quit for Steph to win :) But really, I felt so bad for her when she began to cry. I have to thank Probst profusely for making sure that someone who wanted to play the game and was probably leaving got to stay over a weak, whiny woman who...
I know; and that's the reason it bugs me when people say how the rewards are too big and the show is easier than it used to be. They used to give them everything they needed on day 1. The rewards may be bigger nowadays but that's because they have so much less to begin with.
Well, she's never going to really be by herself (cameramen)...I personally hope that she's not by herself for long. That's not going to be entertaining to watch; it'll just be depressing.
Assuming that Ibrehim is voted off next week, my guess is that BJ is the first post-merge boot because he's a threat. Steph may be able to slip through for a few more boots unless Koror decides that it would be a big deal for them to be the first tribe to have an ultimate Pagonging (or at least...
I thought it was an excellent episode. Not as intense as last week, but really just as good in that we got some character development. I really hope Steph didn't shoot herself in the foot when she voted for Ibrehim the first time. Hopefully BJ realizes she's more of an asset than Ibrehim and...
I like seeing Ulong getting killed and the producers doing nothing about it. I thought it was so desperately sad when they came in and asked if they could merge.
S2/S8: Alicia S2: Nick S5: Ted S9: Rory S10: Jolanda I agree that we need better representations of African-Americans on the show but you can't deny that Alicia was one of the most physically fit Survivors ever.
Ibrehim is perfect evidence of how looks can be deceiving. He may have looked muscular, but it takes determination too, which is why someone like Ian can whoop his ass in a physical challenge like that. I was sad to see Willard go; glad to see Angie gone though. And first tie since the...
Oh, you're right. I forgot about the guy vs. guy/girl vs. girl rule. The preview on the CBS website shows that next week both tribes go to Tribal Council. Yes, Koror will be going for once!
Also mentioned on the site, the tribe that loses the reward challenge will have to watch the...
I'm with Patrick...no more Wanda! I'm hoping it's no twist really. Although I read on a message board analyzing the preview that: Bobby Jon and Ibrehim are facing off in the challenge
This might end up being my favorite season ever if it keeps up. Especially after being disappointed by the last two seasons, this one is really, really good.
Another fantastic episode...this season is already better than Thailand, Africa, Amazon, Vanuatu, All Stars, and Marquesas for me...assuming it stays as strong as it started off. I'm liking that we actually have some new, physical challenges this season. Vanuatu was full of repeat challenges...
