Yeah, I don't mind 1:66 at all. I'm sure that most of the time the film was actually projected in 1:85, but the people working on the transfer notices that the head room is a bit tight at 1:85 & so plays it safe with 1:66, which is fine with me. My favourite shape is 2:35 (or thereabouts), but...
