I've never seen a headphone system like your JVC, but in reading the manuals I think that in your case all the devices would connect to the JVC (not the soundbar). The soundbar would then just connect to the TV, so the video chain would go through two devices (JVC -> ARC -> Samsung -> ARC -TV)...
