Why is dark such a requisite. If something slips through the cracks as optimistic and sweet, it's condemned as bland and unoriginal. But despite 95% of movies anymore being dark and dreary, the stigma associated with them remains daring and original. I just don't understand it. And why...

There's nothing about quittich being knocked out... Simply that Oliver Wood and Cho Chang are not in it. My guess is that they'll cut to Harry on the broom mid game against Hufflepuff instead of making us endure what would be by then a redundant quittich scene.
