To me it's more like the Halloween movies, where there are multiple different timelines:
And speaking of alternate universes, for the universe, they went with , which is logical enough. But to do it, they repurposed footage of Teddy Sears from the CW Flash series. The only problem is that
I saw it today and had a blast with it. It's not a deep, serious picture that leaves the audience with lots to chew on. But the stakes are clear and personal, and Miller makes Barry (both versions) really fun and relatable. There are quite a number of moments in this film that feel like what it...
So much for all of the Snyderverse devotees' "spoilers" about Gunn editing out Keaton's Batman and Calle's Supergirl.
So great to see the Tim Burton Batman actually get to move and fight like Batman.

Two reasons I can think of:
To shift the discussion away from the violent episodes that Miller has had with half the state of Hawaii.
Likely for some small reshoots to introduce the new actor as the Flash from another universe. The new actor is in the movie for five minutes or less, but it...
I didn't read it as Warner Bros. replacing him for this movie, but rather as the Flash going forward. It sounds like the Discovery team is ready to do a complete overhaul of the DC properties anyway, so that might have happened regardless.
