HDMI, Video, Handshake issue....Not really sure....
I suspect the problem has more to do with the fact that the SR4003 is HDMI 1.3a compliant and not HDMI 2.0. You can run the Dish box with component cables and then run component cables to the TV and it would work. I don't see option 1 working. Option 2 would work. Brian- xx Brian xx
