Amazon Marketplace was where I first encountered Rarewaves. I'd also bought stuff from them through eBay. But when I realized they had a site I could buy direct from, I figured there was no point in letting Amazon and eBay get a cut.

For what it's worth, DiabolikDVD offers the Indicator release for $28 + $5 shipping. They don't have any in stock at the moment, though they say it's "coming soon". You can wishlist it, and they'll let you know when they get copies in. I've generally gotten my orders from them within 4 days...
