Yes, I don’t think it’s alarmist at this point to recognize that we’re in the midst of a major transformation of the home video industry. Smaller labels like Criterion and Shout and Kino will need to be nimble if they are going to survive.
Depends on your definition of "credible," but Bill Hunt reported it was in the works awhile back. I believe he posted it shortly after George Feltenstein stated on a podcast that Warner had licensed several titles to Criterion.

I see it up now. Criterion always seems to have hiccups in their announcement rollouts.
Looks like Baron Munchausen is the only UHD title. I don't think I'll be picking any of these up, but it's certainly not a bad month of releases.
