Component cables good for audio?
They should work fine. The rule is: All video cables must be made with 75 ohm coax. There is no such rule for audio interconnects. Many audio interconnects are made with 50 ohm coax, but many L/R/Video bundles all use 75 ohm.- Bob McElfresh
