I checked several discs and most of the episodes are over 25 minutes. I have found a few episodes that run around 24:40 in Season 3. I have found nothing that runs under 24 minutes though.

Yes it's volume one. I bought the entire set just for Hers To Hold lol. I also own the rest on blu-ray. Three Smart Girls Is in this set as well and it looked like the exact transfer from the Sweetheart boxset. That one could use a restoration.
