    The first DVD player I had was a Samsung purchased in the summer of 1999. Don't remember the model but I have the original ad in the paper saved. Bought it at K Mart for 249.99 + tax. Complete hunk of junk! Would hardly play most dual layer discs. Constantly froze and digitized. Single layer...
