Nice enough venue. Two screens. I've only been in one of the two houses. Fairly large, with a large screen (by today's standards). I doubt you'll be seeing it projected in 70mm, though. It'll be a giant video projection. Yuck.

I wish everyone here could have seen it the other weekend at the Museum of the Moving Image. It was part of the latest in their series "See it Big". The theme for August was "70mm". MOMI has a fantastic theatre, and what really blew me away was the sound. Amaaaaazing!!! The directional dialouge...

I only registered to ask the specific question about the digital download of WSS really. I'm not a home theatre enthusuast, so I won't be here for anything else.

Wow, you're very agressive and rather rude. Curt to say the least.

Oh well excuse me, I haven't read all 44 pages. Not sure why this bends you out of shape so much.

Well perhaps the green wasn't there and I am remembering incorrectly, but there was definitely no fade out/in.

That's definitely not a restored print. I just saw a restored print two weekends ago at the Museum of the Moving Image here in New York (also with the newly rediscovered and restored 6 track magnetic sound track) and the green transition between red and blue was there (and by the way the sound...

I know this is anathema to some of you, but, does anyone know if the 1080p digital download from iTunes has the same problems? Or is it the proper, corrected version? Thanks
