I have my PS3 hooked into my Yamaha RX-V465 receiver, along with my BenQ. Whenever I go to play a 3D Bluray it doesn't detect the 3D capability of my Projector. What am I doing wrong?
Been reading this article, I may swing down to Sherwin-Williams tomorrow and check it out. Any other tips would be appreciated...http://www.projectorcentral.com/paint_perfect_screen_$100.htm?page=Finding-the-Perfect-Paint
So I've been weighing the pros/cons of a screen versus just painting the wall, and the wife and I have decided to paint. What are the popular color/paint choices? We will be putting a black border around it whenever we are done. The wall is currently a light green with dark brown hardwood floors...
I actually ordered that from Amazon about an hour ago, thanks for the tip. :)After fighting for 3 hours, I finally got it ceiling mounted and up and running. Tomorrow is going to be dedicated to hiding cables. :)

Right, which is why the 1080ST is probably out of the question(unless I ceiling mount). I guess my main question is, can the 1070 be used at a throw of 18ft with less than a 120' screen, or will I have to use the Epson? Not really looking forward to mounting on the ceiling and running wiring...
Alright guys, I'm looking at replacing my TV in my living room with a new projector. Current room setup - http://imgur.com/Y7j8M0gThe plan is to have the projector on the opposite wall of the screen(where the tv currently is), but that's a throw distance of 18 feet(14 feet viewing distance). I'm...
