I was flipping through the THX settings menu on my Onkyo TX-SR806, and came across a setting named "BQC." do any of you know what BQC is? in the menu, I can either turn it on or turn it off. a Google search turned up nothing of value, so I'm essentially lost.

gene, your solution worked very well! I've noticed extra sonic activity from my bi-amped fronts w/the surrounds set to "off." I'm pretty sure I like regular old DD the best, but am still playing around w/the others, for due diligence if nothing else.
