I have done a pretty good search and I was suprised that I couldn't find a layout of the CSI ofices...the room where the "mole" made his call was just outside of the interrogation room...is there more than one interrogation room? It sounded like BRASS!

It is impossible to have ground-loop issues with TOSLINK cables. I use TOSLINK even for short runs and I can add any number of additional inputs with a 4:1 IR switch. You can even get an adapter to change a COAX input to an optical one. My JVC has 2 HDMI inputs to 1 output and 2 optical inputs...
