FOX wins by one, but I have been thinking of selling The Pretender. That would tie it with CBS. CBS wins for classic, timeless shows. ABC Alias Bewitched Miracles Perfect Strangers Critic BBC Coupling CBS Dick Van Dyke Show I Love Lucy Mary Tyler Moore Maude Rhoda...
Now I'm not sure if I should open the set I got from Amazon today or wait to see if they're going to do something about the problem... I was so looking forward to watching this set. :frowning:
Alias Season 2. Started it on a Friday, and finished on Sunday with enough time to watch all 9 season 3 episodes that that had aired at that point. I got through all of those just in time to watch the newest episode that aired that night.
Thank you, thank you, thank you for posting those discounts! I bought the set from Amazon, but I hadn't opened it; I wasn't sure if I wanted to keep it. At that BN.com price, I definitely want it. With those discounts, my total came out to $117.67 with tax.
The pioneer website has a manual for these models. Click for the search. (a direct link didn't work). I was thinking of buying the 42" set. The picture looked really great when I saw it at Best Buy. I wish there were more (or any) reviews for it.
That advice is most important when considering anything Rambaldi. Like they say on the Television Without Pity boards... think less, drink more. Looking back, I almost wish I had given up on the series after season 3. The show had its moments in the last two seasons, but the finales of...
I also love the fact that slimcases are replaceable if they break. In fact, the slim cases that came in the Bewitched sets didn't hold the DVDs well, so I replaced them all when I got the sets. Slim cases are definitley the way to go. If only Bueua Vista would make the switch so they can drop...

Ah, that makes sense. Is there any chance it could still be excluded? The site says something about excluding items that have a start next to them. I have the set ordered at the $130 price at amazon, and I'd hate to cancel that order and then end up paying the $140 price at DDD.
I got this list from the Television Without Pity boards, and I'm pretty sure the order was confirmed. Here's the order the episodes aired in: 1 - APO 1 2 - APO 2 3 - The Awful Truth 4 - Ice 5 - Welcome to Liberty Village 6 - Nocturne 7 - Detente 8 - Echoes 9 - A Man of His...
I'll post the list I have when I get home tonight. Most of the changes were in the first half of the season, but there were a few in the second half as well. I don't think the rearranging hurt the major storylines too much, but it explains why, at the beginning of the season, Syd was angry with...
I haven't actually seen the packaging, so this may just be foolish optimism, but is it really that bad? The Alias season 3 box is the same height as the Lost and Desperate Housewives packaging, and just a tiny bit wider than the Desperate Housewives box. If the spines of the inner and outer...

I got mine today, too. Not as bad as I excpected, but a top would have been nice. It does look just fine with the other sets as it is, though. Hopefully, they'll save everyone a lot of time and effort next time by releasing both versions.
