Ok, at least it is good to know that I am not the only one who has been snowed by AVS. I placed an order with them on 8/5/04 and have still not received my order. On 10/8/04 I registered a complaint with the BBB in Buffalo, NY. I am now preparing a registered complaint with the Attorney General...- Chip D
