Olive Films replied to a comment today on its Facebook page: "Our DVD and Blu-ray will feature an Olive Films restoration based on an MGM source." According to Olive's press release, the disc has a commentary track by Nora Fiore.

This set just keeps getting worse. Billy Jack Goes to Washington has a stuttering effect, almost like it's missing frames. At any rate, it's unwatchable. Really sad to see such sloppiness from the normally awesome Shout! Factory.
