Thank you! I tried unplugging and replugging the unit and all the buttons are working again. By the way, when the unit powered up, it was still in 1080i mode. The upconversion button is working and I took it through the 480p, 720p and 1080i modes again. Thank you for your help. RonaldS

Thank you for the suggestions. When I get up the courage later, I will try the unplug and replug. I just have to be ready for the risk of losing the 1080i and the functionality of the buttons. I will post the results when I try it. RonaldS
