Without question go for the Athena over the Velo. I own both, and the Athena has way more output, and in my room anyway, is flat almost 10Hz deeper.

Quality is very high for the price.

Just picked up a Samsung HC-4351W. Anyone farmiliar with this TV, that can help with proper setting? I ran a THX set up, but if someone has any specific settings instructions, I'm all ears. Thanks

I have the VX-10 currently, and could not be happier with it, all things considered. For a small living room in a townhouse it is awesome! Bought it on sale before Christmas for $299 Cdn, and at that price, I could not find anything else that sounded near as smooth, or blended near as well...
