Fuck dude, have you ever heard of spoiler tags? It's not good enough to just put "spoiler alert" as everything is still on the page. You ruined the film for me now.
I was left underwhelmed by the series premiere of Revolution. Average.....everything. I'll stick with it for another episode or two, but it's pretty clear that Revolution is not top tier.
I also enjoyed the pilot. Very much so, in fact. I think the Captain could play a bad-ass Darth Vader if and when the Star Wars prequels get remade. Earl Jones, move over. :D
Decent flick but a small nitpick. Spiderman's strength was very inconsistent throughout this film. I mean, he held a SUV from falling while it burst into flames. A difficult feat. But earlier on after Uncle Ben died, he ran into that thug ... punched him a number of times, continued punching him...
Is there any corroborating evidence to suggest that they want to mimic Nolan's Batman? I understand the same composer is being used, but that in itself is not evidence that the score is going resemble the Batman films or anything close to it. We can only speculate how things we will turn out at...
So you are going to give Man of Steel a pass simply because you don't agree on the choice of composer? I think you shouldn't jump to conclusions on what you think the score will sound like. Give it a chance, the film might surprise you (or not).

I'm actually surprised I was able to watch this film last week. I assumed that I would have to wait until the 4th of May, but apparently it was released in S.A cinemas before the US. Can't be right though. Can it? We are usually behind you guys... :D
For the record, after the second episode I thought this show was boring and predictable. But the last few episodes have been interesting and I also hope the show is renewed. I'm starting to like the characters now. This show is no V. That is a compliment.
Battlestar Galactica is not 100 times the show that TN is. It is at least 100000000000000000 times the show TN is. Just thought I would correct you on the number as we are talking about Battlestar Galactica here.
I'm surprised no one has replied since the episode aired. I thought it was a fantastic first episode. We gain new insight into the darker Stephan who was just utterly ruthless -- one kill in particular was pretty disturbing although we only get to see the aftermath.
Watching Stephan as he...
So you'll wait for the new Spiderman, Superman, Batman, Avenger and Star Trek films to be released on Blu-ray before going to the cinema ? Hmmm.....I doubt that. :)
Frankly I think it's silly that we're even debating CA's skills in the film. Watch the movie near the end in the camp where he throws guys around like rag dolls. You would have to blind not to notice this. In one scene it looks like he's throwing a guy clean off his feat by 4-5 meters into the...
I don't recall any action movie with Arnie/Stallone (with the exception of Terminator) depicting them running at super human speeds. I also don't recall any action movie where the hero could bend steel bars. In these same movies you'll never see Arnie or Stallone throw a guy several feat in the...
Perhaps you missed the part where he bent the steel railing with his hands (in the compound) ? Or how he threw some of the soldiers like rag dolls into the air with single hand ? Heck, he kicked a soldier into the air with little effort. Batman can't do any of this. In addition he could run much...
I don't think supersmell is the best power to have. Imagine all the really smelly stuff to us magnified 10x or 100x over. If the smell of blood is too much for her, well.....you can imagine.
I've given up on this show. After only three episodes. It's just crap, in my opinion. As we were watching the second and third episodes it just dawned on me how irritating the spastic kid is. Also, the mentor of the group, the Xavier if you will be is annoying. If they cast Dustin Hoffman in the...
Just a question for the experienced Harry Potter fans/readers. If the elder wand belonged to Harry and he was it's true master then why would he be 'killed' by Voldemort in the forest ? I assumed the elder wand would not harm it's master. Just need clarification on that. Correct me if I'm wrong...
Which is made all the more ridiculous when you think about the scene where Harry casts that offensive spell on Malvoy, two films back. He was bleeding everywhere...if I remember. Not sure why Snapes killing blow was omitted....it's not like his head was decapitated or anything.
At best I think this movie will be on par with Thor. Which is a good thing because I enjoyed Thor for what it was. It might even do a little better. Judging by the positive reviews I think it's headed in this direction. At the very least it has to be much better than Green Latern.
A question on the music. I really liked the song playing at the end after they cut to Harry and Hermione once the train leaves (before the credits roll)..but it's cut short. Does that music play throughout the series ? If so, which movies ? It's a theme...just don't remember if it's constant...
