Axiom rocks! Awesome speakers, great price, great company. I've had a set of Axiom bookshelf speakers and a V-150(I think) for about a year now. I listen to a lot of music and watch movies and they go great with my sub. Very clear sound and great definition in all ranges. I listen to all kinds...
I definitely agree on the Ninja 500. I purchased one for my first bike about a year ago and still have fun on it. I'm a big guy and it's still enough bike for beginning. I took the MSF course before really getting into riding and I would strongly recommend it to anyone interested in riding...
I just wanted to say thanks to all you guys who have shared your stories and advice! I stumbled accross this post a few days ago and it was the encouragement I needed to get my wife and I to try the Atkin's diet. We've never been really large people until we got married a couple years ago and...
My quick 2 cents. I agree with Jason and some of the others that disagree with Ron. While I've never had an opportunity to listen to XM for an extended period of time, I have had Sirius in my car for the past year. I do think he's spot on about the equipment and sound quality. I have a Kenwood...
check out Sounddomain.com and look at their forums. They have lots of discussions about these same questions. I'm not familiar with the Dayton sub or the amps they sell on there but I do know of quite a few good car audio brands. It depends on the taste of the listener and the kind of...
I'll have to throw in my two cents here since I recently purchased some axioms. I bought the M3Ti's and a Vp100 (planning on the QS surrounds later) and I have to say they sound awesome. My wife and I were both surprised and happy with how clean and clear they sound. There's so much detail we...
I don't have any experience with the panasonic one but I did purchase that Sony model about a month ago. I would double check this, but I don't think that Panasonic has pro scan (I could be wrong). Basically, the sony had all the features I wanted for a really cheap price. It's got coax and...
I'm excited to see the Matrix conclusion, Kill Bill and RoTK. I'm on the fence about Timeline though....the book was awesome and it could totally be a sweet movie...but why did they have to make that dufus Paul Walker the main character.
p.s. you can get the in wall speaker wire at Loew's or the Depot. Comes with a gray sheathing, the code should be like "CL3" or something like that. You can get pairs for running one speaker or set's of more wires if you're running more than one speaker to the same location.
What you would want to use for speaker wire is the in wall speaker wire. I would recommend going with 12 or 14 gauge. Even though you might not need it now, you only want to run stuf like that once;) Is it a custom home, or is it like a more common builders plan home? The reason I ask is that...
Wow! The street of dream installers......ummm....way expensive. My mom used to decorate those houses and let's just say *cough*overcharge*cough*. It sounds like this is in an already finished house? Have you though about trying it yourself? I used to be an electrician and running wires like that...
I feel like a spaz. I couldn't wait that long and picked up the mario package for $160 and Metroid for $50 on Friday. Oh well, at least my wife likes Mario
My wife isn't terribly into the home theater scene either. Keeping that in mind, I have to say my wife is pretty awesome! Basically, I'm a spoiled kid. I get just about anything I want (I need to show my appreciation more.) Let's see...so far this year I got...a motorcycle...a digital camera...
