Couple of cut and paste suggestions: 1) Copy the cells you want and paste into powerpoint. Then save the powerpoint slide as a JPG. or 2) Highlight the cells you want. Hold down "shift" key then click on "edit", "Copy Picture". Not sure how this would work with the forum software....

Good News. The CSR said it was an "isolated incident" and I should have been given "2-day" carrier service. I received a small credit toward my next purchase. Thanks again for your comments - wanted to make sure I wasn't misunderstanding the policy before I started whining.

Thanks for the responses. Yes, I am referring to Amazon Prime. The order I placed had the "2-day" option selected. UPS had it down for "3-day" service. I think I need to call Amazon's customer service and request to speak to a supervisor and find out what happend.

I've had a couple of Motorola HD/DVRs from Comcast and here is what I do to change the settings. Turn the box off and then press "menu" and "info" at the same time. A screen comes up where you can change the outputs. Hope this helps.
