I'd be very greatful if someone could clarify what it means to "tweak the tweeter l-pad". I've read in a couple places that people adjust the "l-pad", and wasn't sure what that meant. Is it simply tweaking an inductor in the high pass circuit?

I've been doing a lot of reading about DIY kits, but never see the EFE/Audioreview kit mentioned anywhere. However, if you look at audio review's web site, there are a lot of very enthusiastically positive reviews. Can anyone comment on the EFE/audioreview kit?

One thing I've seen in various speaker building articles is reference to a type of MDF called "williamette". The recent article in Audio Express about cabnet damping, etc, mentions it as well. I recently found out that Williamette is a denser version of MDF. If I remember correctly it's d=0.51...
