That is part of the problem:
From Keohi:
Disabling the Red Push:
Set the AXPL setting to 1.
From Chucksters:
At the very least, turn the red push off (axpl and axnt to 0).
??????
Well I went with the FS13. Was $440 out the door. The FV was $600 and was not in stock.
So far looks good, did some calibration with VE. I have a few sites that talk about the Service Menu, but they all dont say the same thing, such as Red Push. One site says to set AXPL =1 to turn it off...
Right now I have one 500w A/V Reciever and one 400w amp. Unfortuantly I only have room for two more lines. I have the TV, my HT equipment and a 110v A/C. My thought was run the A/C on the seperate line to avoide spikes and dips.
thoughts?
I am using theb Marantz SR8000. I'm not quite sure if I am clear on the DAC. How would it be an additinal D to A step?
If I use the Digital out on the DVD player, to my DAC, which converts it Analog, then from my DAC to my reciver's analog input, it is only being converted once.
The point is...
