I notice on the Australian HMV website that they list this film due out on the 13 March. Can anyone help me confirm the specs of the disc as the UK release so far is in pitifull full screen 4/3. Also can anyone recommend good sites to order region 4 discs for someone in the UK. Thanks

I had the DTS lip synch problems with a region 1 disc. I have since given this to a friend as a present - and bought myself the region 4 version. This has NO problems with the DTS soundtrack on my DVD player (Pioneer 737) Seriously fantastic film too!

Me too - I am so waiting for this on DVD. Fantastic film. Thankfully Victor / Victoria is now on its way. Would also love the mid 1970's film "The Ritz" too!

There is a fantastic little documentary called "why letterbox" on the 2nd disc of the "Die Hard" special edition release from 2001. This uses one particular scene from the film and shows the sequence OAR/widescreen, 4/3 scanned and then pan and scanned to show what is lost during this process...
