I own the old D-Box David 300. I love it, but then again I'm not an HT expert by far. I do know that D-Box's speciality is subwoofers. I believe the 301 is 350W as opposed to the 300 which is 300W. The 302 features a new directional feature, but other than that it looks identical to the 301...
