I am not trying to be funny with this post, rather pointing out a bizarre coincidence.
I was catching up on my Far Side 2023 daily calendar, and this was from the day of the Titan accident.
This was from the day the debris field was discovered, and confirmed.
I really didn't know much about this movie until I started reading the last page of this thread. I was preparing to dig a little deeper in to this thread until I watched the "main trailer" (above), and as soon as I saw Will Ferrell (and realizing it was a major role) I stopped the trailer.
I am leaning towards as the "other" spy.
In regards to the beskar, we do know that the Din was paid with beskar by the Client for Grogu. If I am not mistaken, even the Armorer was surprised by that.
I have never done anything like this, though I would like to try to build a Space Shuttle to the scale of the minifigures. One of the main problems for me is that I don't have a Lego store that is close to where I live where I can select individual pieces instead of buying sets.
I loved building Legos since I was very young, and just started back up about 10 years ago (in my 50's now). I am a Star Wars fan, so the Ultimate Collector's Editions is what really started my collecting again. I was always on the fence prior to that, and was questioning whether I wanted to...
This will interest those who are also fans of Game of Thrones (but didn't like Season 8)
I just started re-watching the series, and in between episodes I was researching a little bit on the series and came across this comment by George R. R. Martin.

I am from PA, and from my understanding, along with multiple attempts, it is nearly impossible to access the online store.
There have been articles in the local newspapers about this.

In regards to Rey, I hope that it turns out that she is truly the "chosen one" as prophesized. It was made to seem that Anakin was the one only to be revealed that he was actually created by Palpatine. And, since the Emperor is coming back I would like to see Rey bringing balance back to the...
I am just speculating based on Tim Allen's and Tom Hank's comments, and I wonder if the ending could involve a death of a human character where a toy will end up being buried with said human? I could imagine some heartfelt emotions of the toys saying their last goodbyes to one another.
This story seemed somewhat similar to:
After I first watched it I was sure what I truly thought of it, but after time to really think about it I was very disappointed.
Another comment about Laurie preparing herself:
I have a feeling that this installment will not hold up to repeat viewings.
I just realized I misspoke in my previous post. What I meant to say was that, "My faith in Star Wars was restored after the prequel trilogy with The Force Awakens, ..."
That's a funny statement. My faith in Star Wars was restored after the prequel trilogy, but was completely shattered by Rian Johnson's TLJ that I won't waste my time with the Star Wars universe going forward. I am predicting that Episode IX will be the worst performer of the sagas.
I didn't like The Last Jedi and have not seen Solo, not because I wanted to "stick it" to Lucasfilm or Kathleen Kennedy. I have been a fan of the Star Wars universe since I saw the first one in the theater back in 1977. There have been many memories of my youth that somehow translated back to...
I moved this from the Solo thread since it relates more to The Last Jedi.
Travis,
How long has the First Order been in existence? Are you implying that the First Order rose after Kylo and the Knights of Ren slaughtered the rest of the Jedi trainees? Now, since Luke was basically the last...
Well, for me, TLJ was more than enough to sever ties with the Star Wars universe. I grew up going to the theaters to see the OT when they were first released. I took days off of work to attend the openings of the prequel trilogy. After those, my excitement has lessened. The Force Awaken...
I agree with you on this. I can't imagine what the extras on the disc would be like given that they will not want to spoil Avengers 4. Any featurette regarding the making of the movie would be nothing but fluff.
I had that same theory posted back on page 7 (in spoilers).
In regards to the sacrifice for the soul stone, that is where I think we will see Gamora return.
