James, Toshiba America now has the upgrade in place for H series HDTV ready sets made prior to the Jan. 2001 date posted. Domestic owners' of these sets may contact the toll free number in their "Toshiba America" owners manuals for further instructions. I have not asked (no will I) about...

To pick up from a previous topic, if you have a Toshiba H series and it was produced before 1/21/01, you can get it updated by contacting Toshiba customer service.
