Teresa Strasser leaves While You Were Out

I seen a few of the Anna Bocchi episodes on the weekday re-runs and I have to say I really enjoyed them. What they lack is a full season of chemistry between the crew (she only did the first 10 episodes) Andrew and Leslie don't seem as playful as the do in later episodes. But Bocchi's host work...

Best shows NEVER to be given a shot :(

EZ Streets, definately. I didn't watch any CBS show until Survivor 1, I was that fumed that the show didn't get the shake it deserved. And then I watched Big Apple, the Ed O'Neil cop drama a couple years back...and that too was promptly canceled. Damn you CBS. Cupid, Sports Night...

    Farewell To Farscape

When they wrote it, they thought they had a season 5 to go ahead and explain everything, so why not end the series on a cliffhanger, every other season has ended on a major cliffhanger. This one just seems a little more severe than being stranded in space (twice). I loved the "to be...

Now I know why Typecasting is a bad thing...

I think anyone who watched Ed O'Neil in Big Apple a few seasons back, is fully aware that the guy can be a serious drama guy....sadly we were a very small bunch since the show didn't last long.

Darkness Falls: Any ties to The Ring

The trailer was made before the Ring opened and no one could have accurately predicted that the Ring would have been as popular as it was, so I strike this up to mere coincidence and both movie drawing from horror movie conventions.

Darkness Falls: Any ties to The Ring

I saw the trailer before The Ring......lighthouses and kids are creepy...we can all agree on that right?:)

    West Wing episode 9/25

Not only would it be practically impossible....but the show would lose so much of its audience. If the West Wing were on next week and Josh, Donna, Sam, and CJ weren't on, I wouldn't watch. What is the appeal of a show....its characters, if you alienate the fans by removing all there beloved...

Push, Nevada: Who's gonna find the $1.2 million?

Someone who owns a TiVO! Seriously, the TiVo folks did some amazing work sniffing out the clues in the Mole 2. I'm all for a fellow TV junkie winning this one.

What species of spider was used for the drones in 'ARACHNOPHOBIA'?

See, I had never even considered such horrible deaths. Thanks! :)

A question about the HD 24P system.

So I guess Michael Bay will be sticking with film since he can't shoot at excess of 100fps for those superslow motion shots we all love.

George Romero's Dead Reckoning may finally be happening!!!

I'm not sure why the rating is such a problem. The fact that the rest of the DEAD films are considered classic has nothing to do with rating. The ability of Romero to create another zombie classic is more troubling than whether or not they'll be an uncut version.

I applaud United Artists Theaters - their no pager policy.

I also like those PSA's that tell people not to drink and drive. But some idiot always does it....and in this case, some idiot always does it too. Commendable move, but I see it having little effect.

Sorry Roger, But "Blue Crush" IS Another Mindless Surfing Movie.

It all boils down to te subjective nature of movie reviews. Even though Roger is a pro, like us, there are just those movies that tickle are fancy for one reason or another. The fact that it tickled his and not yours is bound to happen.

    Announcer-less football has returned!!!

One of the things that I miss when I go see a sporting event live is the commentators. There the only thing that gets me through the lulls in the game...and often what's going on, on the field (penalties and the like) aren't always apparent.

Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever, where did this come from?

I've been told it was a game, but for the life of me I couldn't find a single person who had ever heard of it. "Hit" may be stretching it some.

    A clarification on Felicity, please!

I have to say though, that I thought those last few episodes really had more of a Felicity Season 1 and 2 feel then some of the stuff that took place in late season 3 and most of 4.

    The Transporter

The Kiss of the Dragon connection is the only thing tempering my excitement over this flick. I saw the trailer and absolutely loved it, if the whole movie can deliver on the prmoise of this trailer, we should have a hella fun movie....but even that's a rare thing to find these days. Not to be...

The modern version of the Caine/Hackman Theory?

I'm not saying its a good thing, but a weekend cannot go by without a Steven Segal movie being on. I've been tracking this phenomenon for an excrutiating six months now.

NY Daily: Letterman ripped off by Emmy's

Just to play Devil's Advocate (full disclosure, I don't watch Dave), its full well possible that the Letterman camp didn't submit those particular episodes...which is perfectly understandable, who would want to benefit from such an event. The list of nominee's in that category does make the...

Will these people finally succeed in series television?

Hey Hey Hey.....Jason Gedrick has had the misfortune of being on some quality series that everybody collectively decided not to watch. Since it has the coshy timeslot and the sitcom creators of the moment my monies of Good Morning Miami working out for Jere Burns (I like Something So Right)...

Are we "spoiled" yet? (Brannon Braga speaks.)

I like to think that the Star Trek universe ended when DS9 went of the air. The way I see it, the only post DS9 Star Trek product is the upcoming Nemisis. There were TV shows you say called Voyager and Enterprise? Never heard of them.

    Is rotten tomatoes "selling out"?

I would imagine that there does have to be some interpretation on some reviews, do the "big reviewers" actually submit whether or not they think its rotten or fresh. Maybe someone on their staff. What has sometime bugged me is a control issue. Comparing one films 90% fresh to another films...
