I have the german R2. Very good film indeed. I can tell you about the quality of the german DVD but it won't help you much I think (esp since it has no english subtitles.) Suffice to say that I liked the film, but haven't seen any other films by Fatih Akin.

maybe not, but the only other alternatives are plastering Alliances HQ with ads about anything, or burning down Alliance HQ. Neither of which is doable, so a petition and boycott of titles with forced ads is the only way for us. Isn't business just politics (and vice versa)?
