Warner Brothers was said to be making a movie based on the show, and might start filming this year. So if they are going to do it I would think they would release around the same time...2006 maybe?

I see there is now a third version, I think from Roan Group..I know the Image version is the most expensive but is it that much better then the Roan one?..want to pick this up but would rather spend less if I can help it.

I would agree that I have steered away from TV but not because of DVD..I can't stand Reality shows ,and they have become such a large part of TV these days that it's just turned me off. Hey, that's fine with me ,I just don't think it applies as much to this type of set as opposed to say Quantum Leap or Miami Vice etc..were music can effect future episodes as well. My point was you could have a great first season of classic stories at least, but you seem tunnel visoned into that...

I understand what your saying but for a show like this, you can own one season and it not effect other seasons. The good thing about anthology shows is each episode is a separate story. Buying it as soon as it comes out, I want to support this set so they make enough to not screw with future sets.

I wouldn't bet on that date...It's not listed on Amazon UK ,Sendit or any other region 2 I can find..I wonder if this is a definite, seems funny it's not on at least Amazon with such a close release date. crap!!..also just remembered Play UK doesn't ship to the US...so I continue to wait.

I remember the episode "The Burning Man" was pretty good too, it was short but it creeped me out back then.
