I would have to say that in the final season (S2) they just wrote out Hondo's family like they never existed. Hondo has a few romantic encounters in the final season. I have always joked that Steve Forrest wanted to be more like the younger actors on the show instead of being tied down. Ha Ha!
Some other things that are different is that in season one the T.J. character was engaged. In the final season he was single which made it easier for him to get the upper hand on the Luca character in a few episodes when it came to dating.

I have watched a few episodes of S.W.A.T. and the quality looks about the same as the first season set from Sony. However I do appreciate that Shout! Factory put in chapter breaks, that makes a big difference to me. I haven't watched "Deadly Tide" or "Running Man" yet on this set but when I...
There are two failed pilots that I would snap up in a heartbeat if I could find them.
Adam's House with Karen Valentine
The Ladies of Sweet Street with Doris Roberts
I am sure there are more but these come to mind.
Wow!!! Cliff you have just made my year! I did not think I would ever see the word "SWAT Season 2" on a post about shows to be released. So many people contact me and ask me when it will ever be coming out and I never have any good news for them. Looking forward to a great 2012!!
My list is really short, I only want more Barnaby Jones. After waiting so long and finally getting season 1, I thought we were finally going somewhere. Too bad the market has slumped for classic shows.
