Hi, all, I e-mailed CBS customer service (per instructions I read) asking for the remastered Psycho disc and got no response. How did you all get your remastered discs? Thanks!

Pre-Order Paramount Presents! The Court Jester (1955) (Blu-ray) Available for Preorder

The restored Court Jester was so drop-dead gorgeous on the BIG BIG screen at the TCL Chinese Theater during the 2017 TCM Film Festival. I've been hoping ever since for a Blu-ray, though I'll always have the memory of the theatrical experience in my head while watching it on the home screen.

Great Universal lists, to which I'd like to add: Fast Charlie...the Moonbeam Rider, directed by Steve Carver, starring David Carradine and Brenda Vaccaro and many of our favorite character actors. :)

    Peterloo

Is there some reason why Mike Leigh's much underappreciated and underseen historic epic Peterloo has not been released on Blu-ray/DVD in the U.S.? (Yes, I know it's available streaming.)

A Few Words About A few words about...™ Three Ealing / Guinness Comedies - in Blu-ray

I saw the new restoration of Kind Hearts and Coronets at the 2019 TCM Film Festival and it was gorgeous. This restoration seems to be the transfer on the UK disc... but Kino got an older transfer? What a disappointment! Is the UK disc region-free?

A Few Words About A few words about...™ Hello, Frisco, Hello / Pin-Up Girl / Mother wore Tights - in Blu-ray

I've watched Hello, Frisco, Hello and Mother Wore Tights -- haven't watched Pin-Up Girl yet. The quality is what I expect from these second-rate preservation elements. Skin tones have a weird, flat, brownish look and all the other colors look "off" or faded. Mother Wore Tights looks a bit...

A Few Words About A few words about...™ The Glass Bottom Boat - in Blu-ray

Doris held her own very nicely with Ray Bolger in April in Paris: She originally trained as a dancer until a car accident injured a leg and she had to give up that career goal.

I saw the premiere of the new restoration of Kind Hearts and Coronets at the Turner Classic Movies Film Festival this year, and you are all in for a real treat on Blu-ray.

A Few Words About A few words about...™ Bend of the River - in Blu-ray

I saw the new restoration of Winchester '73 at the Turner Classic Movies Film Festival a couple of weeks ago, and I can confirm it looks absolutely gorgeous. Sure hope we get a blu-ray soon. Thank you for the detailed description of James Stewart's courageous service in the Army Air Corps.
