there's a 5 second rule? :D I go by the "when I can get to it" rule. If if's only 5 seconds, fine but if I can't get to it right away 10-15 seconds ,hell a minute is ok with me. It's not rolling around anymore so how much worse can it get? :D of course that's only with non-absorbent stuff.

I 'll second weight watchers. Not really a diet, it's more just training yourself to eat properly. I lost 40 pounds by staying pretty strict and now that I've relaxed my restrictions I've kept my overall loss to 30 pounds (where I am happy) for the last few months .

I'll watch the show every so often, the scary thing is my grandfather will watch it whenever it's on. Not the type of show I'd expect grandpa to watch.
