Looking through some boxes yesterday I discovered a set of Viewmaster reels of Land of the Giants I'd had once! So I looked at them and then thought about wanting to get this series.

For Los Angeles, I'm thinking of 1969's Model Shop. A lot of location footage and themes appropriate to that era. It opened in early 1969 so much of it was filmed in 1968.

Does that running time include the preview of next week's episode?
