David-- Where did you post your comments on Warner's message board, I couldn't locate it. Warner should still have an e-mail customer service listing on the site for feedback. It rather irks me that they don't.
The package states that the film is "enhanced for widescreen" but it definitely is not. Boy, am I mad about this one now I own two non-anamorphic copies of this movie. Does anyone know how to go about contacting Warner, to file a complaint?
I'm also having problems at chapter 18, the disk freezes up in several places and will not respond to any of the function buttons (fast forward, reverse, etc.) on my Sony player. I'll try calling the number for Anchor Bay tomorrow.
