I've never used my DLP projector for anything but watching movies. Is there any danger of burn-in from long sessions on a gaming console?
The nature of DLP makes this seem unlikely but I thought I should check with the HTF gurus.
I second the endorsement for Markertek. I used their acoustical foam and bass traps in my media room and am quite satisfied with the performance and price of their products.
I got it exclusively for the Kevin Smith footage, which was all too brief.

FWIW, the English dub of CTHD is excellent. This is an action film. You could use the National Weather Service automated voice to do the dubs and it wouldn't take much away from the movie. It's not like we're exploring deep character development and philosophical issues where delivery is more...
Is there some reason why you can't use any switch that has three RCA inputs? So what if they are labeled Left Right and Video you can use them for component video, right? I think Radio Shack even sells one with a remote control.
Eliab -- I agree that with DLP/LCD you need to consider ambient light. I don't agree that black levels are a problem. The black levels on the NEC LT-150 are excellent with an 800:1 contrast ratio and it doesn't cost much more than $2000 these days.
