Thanks Arthur! Well I contacted Madcatz regarding my defective Breakout box/cable in the Ultra kit(s) not passing DD 5.1. It seems it was a problem they have recently discovered, and have since corrected it. I was told by customer service that I would be receiving a new breakout box/cord ASAP.
