LIST YOUR ALL-TIME FAVORITE PRIVATE EYE/DETECTIVE/POLICE TV DRAMA(S). Put down a "Top 10" if you wish.

I vote for The Rockford Files (1974-1980). Jim Garner is great in everything I've seen, big screen or small.

Runners-up would have to include:

NYPD Blue
Law & Order

And let's not omit Charlie's Angels! (Horrid scripts....but nice scenery! Posted Image)

Hill Street Blues

Enough is enough, Disney. No more evasions or excuses. We DEMAND the release Song of the South on Blu-ray along with the uncut version of Bedknobs and Broomsticks on Blu-ray. I will not support anything your company produces until then.

I was a huge NYPD Blues fan until I saw Homocide which is much much better than Blues. I also really liked New Yok Undercover.

My favorite top 10?

Homocide
Miami Vice
Dragnet
NYPD Blues
New York Undercover
Americas Most Wanted
Cops

I know I'm missing some. Will update later.

Twin Peaks
The Equalizer

That's about it unless stuff like The A-Team and MacGyver are considered "crime dramas".
