I agree, I'll try one more episode, but I don't expect that it woll be much better.

I don't agree that this season is weak, since there's so many great returning shows on my plate, but I definitely agree this was a disappointment.
Going into FOX's new comedy block, I thought "Grandfathered" would be a dud and this would be a real winner. Instead, I found myself charmed by "Grandfathered" and turned off by the silliness of this.
It's a shame, because a cast of this caliber deserves better material. All of the main actors were good, they just didn't have good material to work with.

I actually quite enjoyed "Grandfathered". "The Grinder" wasn't bad - I'll wait to see where it goes, but "Grandfathered" definitely gets another shot.
