Panasonic DMP-BDT230 3D player keeps giving disk incompatible message (1 Viewer)

Sometimes unplugging for about 15 seconds or more will correct the problem, sometimes after several tries, but lately one disk won't play at all, even though I got it to play last week. Has anyone else encountered this and found a solution?

I don't have the 230, but I do own the 220 and have never experience that malfunction.

I had the 330, started getting this error intermittently about 6 months ago. Finally, after a few weeks it wouldn't play any disc. Apparently a problem with either the laser or the drive itself. Replaced with a new one.
