Been wondering when this one would come out in Blu-ray. It's a good movie. Good acting by Nic Cage as an OCD con man. Love the Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass in the soundtrack as well.

I always thought nick cage deserved more praise for this role. I thought it was one of his best, outside of LEAVING KAS VEGAS. (Wonder when THAT one will come out?)

Yes, a good lower-key movie, well done. I have quite enjoyed the DVD over the years, and quite recently while cleaning up the stash I was wondering why I didn't have the BD yet. Considering all the other Nic Cage films on BD, you'd think this one might have got a little more priority, assuming quality was a determining factor...how foolish of me.

(Would you say this is kind of a modern Paper Moon? A bit IMO, makes me think of it anyway.)

Leaving Las Vegas is on blu. I may be mis-remembering, but maybe a Best Buy exclusive at one point?

Along with this title as well as "Adaptation.," "World Trade Center," "The Weather Man," and the two "National Treasure" flicks, this is my favorite period of Cage's career.
